We currently ONLY sell and ship products within the United States and Puerto Rico. We do not offer worldwide or international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Delivery time is calculated as: Order Processing Time + Transit Time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within approximately 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Order Cut-Off Time
Monday to Friday at 03:00 PM (GMT-05:00), Eastern Standard Time (New York).
- Orders placed before 03:00 PM are typically processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 03:00 PM are typically processed the next business day.

We ship to Puerto Rico using our standard 2–5 business day shipping service. Shipping rates apply.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Business Days & Holidays
Our office hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or on the following U.S. holidays:

- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President's Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday
Carrier & Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking numbers are typically activated within 24 hours.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking information.
If your order remains undelivered after 10 business days from the shipment date, contact us at support@inscentivesperfume.com with your order number.
We will investigate the issue with the carrier and may reship or issue a refund at our discretion.
