We work with a network of vetted fragrance suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, and importers within the United States. Every supplier we work with is reviewed internally before any inventory is purchased.
This vetting process may include business verification, industry references, product-history reviews, invoice validation, and ongoing quality-control monitoring.
Our Authenticity Inspection Process
Every product received by our warehouse goes through a multi-step inspection process before being approved for sale.
Our inspection procedures may include:
- Packaging and cellophane inspection
- Batch-code verification and matching
- Bottle, cap, atomizer, and label inspection
- UPC and manufacturer labeling review
- Condition and leak inspection
- Verification against known authentic packaging standards
Products are also inspected again prior to shipment to help ensure customers receive products in proper condition.
Because fragrance manufacturers periodically update packaging, formulas, ingredients, bottle designs, and batch formats, slight variations between batches or production years may occur.
These differences do not indicate that a product is counterfeit.
Batch Codes & Verification

We stand behind the authenticity of every product we sell.
If a customer believes they may have received a product with an authenticity issue, they should contact our support team promptly with:

- A description of the concern
- Any supporting documentation or evidence
Our team will review the concern and may request additional information to investigate further.
If a verified authenticity issue is identified, we will work with the customer toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.
