7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item, to request a return.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Period: You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items :Some items are non-refundable, including opened or used products, and any gifts that have been provided with the product.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (i.e., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
  • Restock Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • Refused Returns: If the return is received in unacceptable condition, the refund will be refused. Inscentives Perfume is under NO OBLIGATION to re-ship refused returns back to the customer. The customer must ensure they return items in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Failure by the customer to properly package the item for return safely, may also be reason for a return to be refused. We highly recommend shipping insurance be purchased by the customer, when returning an item. Pictures of a refused return package/item(s) will be sent to the customer so they may initiate an insurance claim with the shipping entity.

How to Return an Item

  1. Please Send an Email to support@inscentivesperfume.com titled with Return + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason for your return.
  2. Our customer service team will reply to you within 24 hours.
  3. Once we confirm your return eligibility and have provided your the return instructions, please carefully package the product in its original condition.
  4. Once the package has been received by our warehouse, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item. 
  5. Once all the above steps are completed, we will initiate the refund process to your original payment method.
  6. Please allow your refund to post to your purchasing method within 10 business days.

Exchange Policy

We do not accept order exchanges.

Delivery Failure:

If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable to receive the package), or if the customer declines to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender (INSCENTIVES, LLC) at the customer’s expense. This expense includes any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

Damaged Product Policy

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, please email us within 24 hours at support@inscentivesperfume.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will assist you further.
