Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)

We allow cancellations within 2 hours of order placement (or before processing, whichever comes first). To request a cancellation, email support@inscentivesperfume.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line. Cancellations are not accepted after the order has shipped.

30 Day Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Period: You can return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return (except for defective or damaged items, see below).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products (except for defects), and any gifts or samples provided with the product.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (for example, wrong item shipped, defective, or damaged). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Restock Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • Refused Returns: If the return is received in unacceptable condition, the refund will be refused. Inscentives Perfume is under NO OBLIGATION to re-ship refused returns back to the customer. The customer must ensure items are returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Failure by the customer to properly package the item for return safely may also be reason for a return to be refused. Pictures of a refused return package and item(s) will be sent to the customer so they may initiate an insurance claim with the shipping entity.

How to Return an Item

The following steps apply to defective, damaged, incorrect, and change-of-mind returns:

  1. Send an email to support@inscentivesperfume.com with the subject line "Return + Your Order Number". Specify the reason for your return (for example, defective, damaged, wrong item, or change of mind).
  2. Our customer service team will reply within 24 hours to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Carefully package the product and ship using a trackable method.
  4. Once received, we will inspect the item.
  5. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products

We accept returns even if opened or used minimally. Please provide photos if requested. We may provide a prepaid return label and refund original shipping costs.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for unused and unopened items. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Exchange Policy

We do not accept order exchanges. Please return the item and re-purchase the correct item.

Delivery Failure

If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable to receive the package), or if the customer declines to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender (INSCENTIVES, LLC) at the customer’s expense. This expense includes any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

Damaged Product Policy

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, please email us within 24 hours at support@inscentivesperfume.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will assist you further.
