Are your perfumes authentic?

Yes, all our perfumes are 100% authentic designer and niche fragrances sourced directly from authorized distributors.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States (including Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska) and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Processing: 1–2 business days.
Transit: 3–5 business days for Continental US (free). Rates apply for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Affirm, and others shown at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 2 hours of placement (or before shipping). Email support@inscentivesperfume.com.

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery for unused and unopened items. Opened products are non-returnable except for defects or damage. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Can I return a perfume if I don't like the scent?

Only if unused and unopened. Due to hygiene and resale reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for change of mind.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 24 hours with photos at support@inscentivesperfume.com. We will assist with a replacement or refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

No direct exchanges. Return (if eligible) and repurchase.
